APAP for 1 year but no relief - Niquesquad - 12-09-2019 Hi I am new to this forum and I am looking for help with adjusting my APAP settings to hopefully get some relief. I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea last year and have been using the Dream Station since then with only a few minor changes to try to find relief as I still experience exhaustion, brain fog, etc. I just downloaded OSCAR and need some help interpreting my data. [attachment=17873] Thank you! RE: APAP for 1 year but no relief - Gideon - 12-09-2019 Welcome to the forum. Pretty good but your min pressure is too low. Set your min to 7 to get a better start on events. You also have enough centrals to keep an eye on them Re-evaluate tomorrow. RE: APAP for 1 year but no relief - jaswilliams - 12-10-2019 Welcome to the forum, it’s likely the CA’s will reduce if you reduce the flex to 1, I agree with Bonjour an increase of the minimum pressure will help to reduce the number of OA’s RE: APAP for 1 year but no relief - Dormeo - 12-10-2019 Do you have a guess about when you fell asleep? Also could you further explain what you mean by enough central apneas? Thanks! [attachment=17887] Probably 30 minutes after 10pm is my guess. |
