Newbie and issue reading SD card data from ResMed Airsense 10 - sndraco - 12-12-2019

I got diagnosed with sleep apnea earlier this year (who knows how long I have had it) and finally got a Resmed Airsense 10.
I have a microSD card, that I formatted in Win 10, put into a SD adapter with unlock position and put it into the ResMed.
When I insert the micro SD card into my Dell Latitude 7280 (only has a micro slot), and open up Oscar, it says choose folder and I point to the D: (root drive) and nothing happens
I took a screen shot of the D: drive where the SD card was in and here it is. I am not sure what I am doing wrong or what to do? (do i need to reformat drive then run SysVolWrite or run SysVolWrite before inserting the card everytime?
One other q, does the SD card record multiple days of info, or do I pull it out and put it into the PC each time .
