Oscar kills the Ubuntu VM it is running in [solved: bug in VirtualBox, not OSCAR] - fredex - 12-16-2019 Hi all! I've been running Oscar in an Ubuntu (18.04) VM for a few months, where it has run great. until this week. t'other day I updated Oscar's data (after a gap of several weeks). it updated fine, but as soon as I click on one of the tabs to show my data (any of them) the Ubuntu VM disappears and Virtualbox shows it as aborted. I've perused system logs on the VM OS but can't 'find anything that I can recognize as being related.
Fred RE: Oscar kills the Ubuntu VM it is running in - fredex - 12-16-2019 Ah, goobers. it's a bug in VirtualBox. My apologies for the noise. Fred |
