Been using DreamStation 2 years, still feeling fatigue (screenshot from Oscar) - Octave - 02-16-2020

Hi, I'm a new member here and just installed Oscar and thought I would post it here to see what you guys make of it.
I have been using my DreamStation APAP for about 2 years now but I still feel fatigue and tired like before I started the treatment.
I made some changes to the MIN (from the standard 4 to 7, because my 90% was at 9 all the time).

Thanks, I appreciate any help and advice.

Welcome, Octave! By the numbers, you are doing well, if this night is typical, but clearly something is amiss if you still feel tired during the day.

Do you experience frequent wake-ups during the night? What medications are you taking? Have you been screened by your doctor for other conditions that might cause fatigue? To what extent to you observe the "sleep hygiene" rules below? -- Answers to these further questions might help us help you.

• Keep a consistent sleep schedule. Get up at the same time every day, even on weekends or during vacations.
• Set a bedtime that is early enough for you to get at least 7 hours of sleep.
• Don’t go to bed unless you are sleepy.
• If you don’t fall asleep after 20 minutes, get out of bed.
• Establish a relaxing bedtime routine.
• Use your bed only for sleep and sex.
• Make your bedroom quiet and relaxing. Keep the room at a comfortable, cool temperature.
• Limit exposure to bright light in the evenings.
• Turn off electronic devices at least 30 minutes before bedtime.
• Don’t eat a large meal before bedtime. If you are hungry at night, eat a light, healthy snack.
• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet.
• Avoid consuming caffeine in the late afternoon or evening.
• Avoid consuming alcohol before bedtime.
• Reduce your fluid intake before bedtime.
