ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet For Her - BRICK??? - courtlight - 02-19-2020

I'm a first time CPAP user. Been using it for 9 nights now.
I have a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet For Her.
When I imported the data from an SD card into OSCAR it came up as a brick.
I thought this model recorded all the data.
What can I do to fix this?

The ResMed Airsense Autoset for Her is a fully data capable machine and supported by OSCAR.
Are you sure you have this model?  The "for Her" is off white color with a floral design.

Look at the red arrow on photo, and then check your machine for exact name.

[should say "AutoSet, AutoSet for Her, Elite or CPAP"]

NOTE: If you have the AirSense 10 Cpap, then it is a brick.

Welcome to the forum.
First, The AutoSet for Her is NOT a brick. Let's see what we can find out.
Post a screenprint of OSCAR showing it is a brick! Want to see what OSCAR said to unravel this mystery.
What version of OSCAR do you have?
What are the words on the front of your CPAP? What is the serial number on your CPAP? To verify what model the CPAP actually is.
Was the SD card used previously?

If the above doesn't let us solve this I want you to zip the entire SD card and put it in my drop box.

Serial# 23172104514

Model: AutoSet For Her (37036)

Yes, the sd card was used before, but I deleted everything off of it.

Oscar version: 1.0.1-r-1

Try a new SD card. Yours may have been corrupt.

Did you format the SD card or just delete stuff? What size is the SD card?

And do try a new SD card between 2 and 32 GB

Ok. I deleted the cpap info on the sd card. Then I reformatted the sd card. Then I copied the info from my cpap again. Same response from OSCAR.

Well, I am using an old 1GB sd card I had lying around. So I guess I'll try a new and larger sd card. I'll keep you posted.

Run your CPAP overnight and wait a few minutes after you stop in the morning.

If that fails make a zip of the entire SD card and put it in my drop box for examination.

Make sure you keep the SD card in the CPAP when you are using it. Otherwise, it won't collect the detailed data.
