ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset & OSCAR import [solved, see post #3] - asaskguy - 03-06-2020

Oscar will not import data from my SD card; I've tried both the 32 bit and 64 bit version of Oscar.  The import icon is greyed out.  I have deleted my profile and created a new profile on both versions, still without success.  My computer is showing the SD card data (Datalog, Settings, Identification(crc, tgt) and str.edf information OK.

I have been using My Air.  I also view the Clinical info from my ResMed Airsense 10 Autoset Ok  Attached file is some Oscare info

Does anyone have a solution to my problem?

G'day asakguy, welcome to Apnea Board.

I've turned off access to your screenshot as it contained your real name and phone number - I'm sure you didn't mean for those to be published on the world wide web.

Could you give us some further details please? In particular the make, model and operating system of your computer. Also, did you have SleepyHead installed previously and if so, did you migrate the data?

I noticed on your screen shot you had the debug pane open - could you copy all of the text from that pane and paste it into a .txt file and upload it here, please?

I solved my problem, I had to download the latest driver software for my video card and I can now import the data from my SD card into Oscar just fine.  Thanks for cleaning up my post of personal data
