nasal pillow with high airflow - tvkmez11 - 03-23-2020

Hi; I need a low CPAP pressure (about 5) for my apnea. However, at that flow most nasal pillow masks don't supply enough air for me to sleep comfortably (most masks seem set up for 20L/min at low flow: this is not enough for me). Anybody has a suggestion for a nasal pillow mask that works well and provides a higher air flow)? Thanks in advance.

Never a problem with the Resmed Airfit P10 using the Large pillow size. My minute vent is about 10 L/min and tidal volume ranges 600 to 700 mL. That's more than 98% of people out there. Why not just increase your pressure to 7 and use some EPR to keep EPAP at 5? You will be more comfortable and flow more air.
