The values in parentheses are supposed to be the number of seconds the event lasted. However, these are pretty iffy. Try zooming in on a couple of the CAs to see how long they actually last. I don't actually know how the method by which PR machines measure the duration of RERAs, so I can't help you there.

Your AHI would be good if it were below 2 and excellent below 1. Don't chase 0s! Ideally you will see no periodic breathing, but an occasional, short PB interval would be nothing to worry about. You should not be seeing LL (large leaks). Those are leaks so large that the machine can't do its job. If you see frequent or extended LLs, you need to address the cause of the leakage.
