ResScan 5.9 - ijomha20 - 04-01-2020
Hey everyone.
I am new to this and have never even posted on a forum! I just got the resmed apnealink air last night and am trying to read the data as I am overly eager and don't want to wait the week to wait for my results. I have downloaded the rescan 5.9 software provided by this board.
The installation went smoothly, I opened up the software, created a profile, when I try click download data, I get the error Connect a flow generator or data card and try again.
I have the machine hooked up to the computer via usb, as well as a copied folder on my desktop.
Can you guys provide some insight to assist me?

I don't believe ResScan supports your device. ResScan only uses an SD card for data acquisition a sleep therapy device and not a testing unit. I think your device is for sleep apnea testing and uses a special software.
