ResScan Software - Cheekyski - 04-06-2020
I am using ResScan 5.9.0.9629 obtained from the Apnea Board several years ago. I have created many reports with it, but the 30 day compliance report is always stuck on a long gone date range. I have selected the range that I want, then create the report, yet still it is the data from 3 years ago. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? Is there a newer version of ResScan s/w available? I have loaded OSCAR and it seems to work well with the data but doesn't create the same type of report. Any help would be appreciated. :thanks:

The 30 Day Compliance Report is ONLY for the first 30 days of data in ResScan. In order to generate a Compliance report for any given time frame thereafter, you must highlight the desired date range from the left side and then select the last report option, Usage Compliance.

Thanks so much for the explanation. It now make sense! I wonder why they would even make the 30 compliance a pull down menu option then? Anyhow - thanks again.
