Sir, I am new member and want some help for sleepyhead software, I have downloaded 9.2 version, but can not download data from sd card or backup location, only downloaded machine name and serial number, your help is appreciated to resolve this issue.

You need to install the patch for 60 series machines to work with your machine 460p
