Dates wrong on SD Card with Oscar - CLV62 - 04-27-2020

I used Oscar for the first time with my Dreamstation Go. When the SD ws imported the dates are all wrong. It shows from Oct 2016 through to December 2019. I was only diagnosed in June 2019 and got my machine in August 2019. I am using it every night so latest date should be 26 April 2020. Latest Date shows December 11th?

I have checked on the Card and there are no dates later than Dec 2019. Maybe the machine date was always wrong?

Where can I check the machines date settings???

Thank you

Cheryl

It sounds like the date is wrong on your machine. Oscar only reports what the machine writes. The date and time is with the setup data. You can access it the same way you change your pressure. You can find the manual for your machine on this forum. Some people report trouble setting the date back because that would make the new data overwrite the old. It sounds like you want to set it forward so you won't have that problem.

Hi
Thanks for the reply.
I assumed that to be the case too. but there is no apparent  way to access or adjust the date settings on the new Dreamstation Go.
I have also asked my provider to access, but they say they can't. don't know how.  Huh

There is nothing in the manual.

Any ideas?

None from me, but I'm interested in knowing too.

Do you have the "Clinician Manual" or just the regular user manual that came with the machine?  You may need to get into the clinician settings to change the date.

You can likely find your clinician manual here https://www.apneaboard.com/adjust-cpap-pressure/change-cpap-pressure-settings-adjusting-your-machine-with-a-clinician-setup-manual

If it's not available as a direct download then follow the email instructions further down the page.
