Can I delete data on Oscar? - drmaestro - 05-18-2020

Hi,

I have been given 2 different BIPAP units on 2 different titration sessions. The machines are of course being used by other patients and as a result there was some data belonging to these patients on the SD card. I didn't know about it and imported all the data to Oscar (to SleepyHead to be correct, as this happened a year ago but the records are imported to Oscar now). I ended up having 10 days worth of data, of which only 4 belong to me. Can I delete the other days? I haven't been able to see a delete option.

Thanks,

You can go to the OSCAR Menu, Data / Advanced. There are options to purge the current day (be sure you are on a day you want to purge), or to purge all data. The Purge All Data option will allow you to purge the data of any individual machine identified by brand and serial number. Assuming you imported data from a particular machine you do not want to keep, you can purge all data from that machine. You can also re-import data after the purge and limit the dates for import so you get only the data you want.
