Dreamstation Go Hose Size - AutoPilot - 05-31-2020

I travel considerably, usually 3 weeks out of the month so I decided to get a Dreamstation Go as my only machine. It appeared to be the best compromise for a full time unit that is small enough to travel with conveniently.

I received it last week and just finished my 2nd night with it.  Very happy so far and think it will be perfect for my needs.

I do have a question though. Reading the documentation that comes with the machine it has performance numbers for each of the different hose sizes: 12, 15 and 22.  Reading the manual it appears that the 22mm hose has better performance numbers; not by much but better flow rates, response accuracy and so on.

While I would probably travel with the 12mm hose I was thinking of getting a 22mm hose to use at home. If there is a performance advantage to the 22mm hose it seems like a good idea.

Has anyone done any comparison between the hose sizes and how they affect you sleep statistics?  Is there any difference in real world usage? What are the thoughts on this?
