Help With AHI - The Happy Dreamer - 03-04-2012

I am wanting to bring my AHI down a little bit. It use to run 1.2 to 2.6 but has been running 5.2 to 6.8 for about the last 6 or 7 months, my 95% pressure usually runs 13 to 14 cm H2o. My cpap is set at 11.5 cm H2o min. and 20 cm H2o max.

If I bump my pressure up a little closer to my 95% pressure do you think that it would bring my AHI down some?

Yes!

I could just leave it at that. Im up around my Max pressure and I am now pushing my preasure up by .2 at a time to get the optimum setting for myself but yes your need of pressure could have changed a little so raise it up slightly untill your happy but do it slowly Wink
