Just an update on my progress.im now waking up more refreshed after adding a mouth guard that stops me clenching my teeth and keeps my jaw forward.also using cervical collar .I am having a tap 3 made to try with and without the CPAP. The ahi are more stable now.with the Amazon mouth guard.any observations appreciated.thank you

My oscar

Warp, your screenshots would be much more useful if taken using the Oscar F12 screenshot function, then attaching the .PNG image using the instruction included in my signature links. The resolution of these images is simply not readable.
