Querying OSCAR Data - jwoodz - 06-15-2020

Hi all,

I have a SleepU oximetry device and import my data to OSCAR to view the data. The reports are nice, but it would also be helpful to be able to query the data directly. Is there any way to load the raw data to some open source database and then query it directly via sql?

Thanks!

Not (within OSCAR) yet.

For now your best bet is to export CSV from their software, which you have to do day by day.

Nice. I hadn't seen that function. Thanks!

Any idea what "vector" refers to in the csv data?

I used Myoxi with CMS 50 F and it workded. It can import data from oximetry to computer and there is statistics too. You can import that oximetry data with Oscar 1.1.0 or later version.

I believe that's the motion sensor's data.
