First Three Nights with CPAP - Boryenka - 07-12-2020

Hi All,

I've known I've had sleep apnea for awhile, but finally decided to go get diagnosed during quarantine when WFH meant that I needed naps on the couch throughout the day. I guess being in the office I never realized how tired I really was.

Anyhow, I finally received my Airsense 10 Autoset on Thursday and have used it each night. As you can see from the attached charts, there were very few OA events, however the CA events were off the charts. After seeing the CA events, Friday night I dropped EPR to 2, which (may have) resulted in a drop in AHI by 1. Last night, I dropped the EPR to 0 and dropped the pressure to 6 to see if it would rid the CAs but, as you can see, it didn't work, and I'm sitting here exhausted. I felt really good on Friday and Saturday, but today I'm feeling rough. Please see the attached OSCAR reports and sleep study and let me know what you all think. Thanks!

Here is my sleep study. There were no CA events in it.

Please post your OSCAR daily charts
1. Full night
2. 5 minute view of Central Apneas
3. 2 minute view of Central Apneas.

This will let us see what is going on.
Confirmed no CA in sleep test

Adding in the past two nights as well as 5 and 2 min view from last night. After the rough sleep on Saturday night, I increased the pressure back to 7 and the EPR back to 2. AHI went down a little but the centrals are still all over the place. I
