Oscar software issue - hkcl - 07-26-2020

I recently set up Oscar to replace Sleephead. Everything is working fine except that I don't see the model name of my machine ( Philips Respironics Dreamstation Pro ) appearing. It says " unknown model " instead. I tried to input the model name without success. Can anybody show me how to do it?

That means that you have a Model Mode that we have not encountered yet. Sleepyhead assumes these models will work, at OSCAR we like to verify that it will.
In OSCAR / Help / Troubleshooting / Zip the SD card . . . zip the SD card and put it in my dropbox.
These files will ONLY be used for OSCAR development and testing. They will forever not be available to 3rd parties, and we have been asked to share our data, and we will annominize the data, which mostly means change the serial number, so that it can never be traced back to you.

And make sure you're using the latest version of OSCAR! Even a few versions ago knew about fewer machines.
