That's all worthless unless you reduce that horrible mouth leaks drastically.  Ever thought of using an FFM?

What model and size nasal pillows?

RE: New member, please help me interpret results - Computerdoc - 09-08-2020

Dreamwear medium, uses my existing headgear.

Sleeprider,
Wait!  Did you mean what do I have now or what nasal pillows mask did I plan to get?

Sometimes moving to a larger pillow size helps with fit. I have not used a Dreamwear, so don’t have firsthand experience with that one. I think the mask is sold wit multiple sizes in the package, but your supplier may have harvested the extras.

Last night's data.  Ordered a Resmed N30i nasal pillows mask and will see if that diminishes the leaks.  Feel pretty good this morning.

Hi all! I tried a soft Cervical collar for one night (more like one hour) and I don’t think it’s the solution to my leaks. Felt strangled and if I got it loose enough to feel ok my chin fell thru the gap. I will have an N30i mask and also the Knightsbridge chin strap to try by Wednesday or Thursday.

My gently used Aircurve 10 VAUTO seems very noisy (machine noise) and I may have to return it. My question is: do we have enough data from using this machine to know if I’ll need its capabilities or would the AirSense 10 do the trick? The reason I ask is to help me decide between another used Aircurve or a new AirSense.

Will post new Oscar charts when I get the new nasal pillow mask.

Thanks for your continued support! I’m committed to persevere to get good therapy and good sleep.

One of the main advantages of the VAUTO is a larger and many more ps settings than the airsense. The airsense can only be set as 1, 2, or 3. You have your VAUTO set at 3 - no difference than what the airsense can be set. I do not know if the PS will help, I’m sure one of the more experienced members will voice their opinion. As far as noise mine is so quite I don’t hear it. My noise comes from the mask. Is yours from the machine or mask?

You are currently using PS 3 and the settings on your machine can be duplicated on an Airsense 10 autoset with the following:
Minimum pressure 11.0, maximum pressure 15.0, EPR 3.

Think so, too.  One -- if not the only -- solution would be to use an FFM.  At the moment it makes no difference whether you use any APAP machine or a vacuum cleaner (as in those ole days down under).  The therapy is without effect.
