At the top of the site supplier list. Supplier #2 has great used machines. I bought an Resmed VAUTO for 800. It had less than one month on it. The NEW Resmed s10 airsense Autoset 539 and used for 389. To get my VAUTO I was told I had to have a sleepstudy and pay 500 deductible for it and 500 deductible for the machine. So mine cost 200 less and I got it within a week. The sleepstudy was postponed for ?? because of COVID.

Your minimum pressure is 7.5 and your 95% pressure was 8.5. That is what you should shoot for next, 8.5 cm minimum pressure and you can keep 10.0 for maximum.

Slept well. Woke up feeling a little more groggy and a little less rested than yesterday. No bathroom breaks during the night. Still tolerating the increased minimum pressure well, although it's a little much at first. Quite a difference from the 4 where I started.

Well it does look better, sleeprider has been monitoring your posts and he is very good at getting the best results. So I will monitor without giving you pressure advice. If you do have questions I could help with I will. Good luck it is an ongoing process- hang in there it is well worth it!

Computerdoc, it would help at this point to see some zoomed images that show 2-3 minute segments. The shape of the flow-rate wave tells us things that the full-night overview and statistics don't offer. You are having variable breathing through the night, and I want to understand better how your respiration is interacting with the CPAP, and I'm especially suspicious we may see a number of flat-topped inspiration waves. When choosing a zoom area, avoid large leaks and look for areas that are "typical" for the night. There are some significantly reduced flow rates at 05:10 and 06:10. We might want to look at one of those as well. Your pressure looks pretty good for now, and we'll stop increasing until you get more comfortable with it.

That resolution but including the other charts and the left sidebar In general you should include a non-zoomed image to provide context.

Sorry, not following you about CSR?
Regarding your second comment, do you mean with each zoomed image I should capture all the rest of the charts and left sidebar, then in addition a full non-zoomed image?

I think Bonjour is asking that any zoomed chart (2-3 minute view) should also include an unzoomed chart with the whole night so we can see the context of the zoom. The charts should include the usual charts, Events, Flow Rate, Pressure or mask pressure, etc.
CSR = Cheyne-Stokes Respiration. Some machines flag periods of fluctuating as "periodic breathing", "Variable Breathing", or even CSR. These are not diagnostic terms as used by the machines and simply indicate a pattern of increasing and decreasing respiratory volume, like a sine wave. These patterns can be either obstructive or central in nature, and we are able to pretty accurately identify the causes when looking at OSCAR charts. In your case, I suspect the cause of variable breathing, which is shaded in pink, is the result of increasing and decreasing obstructive inspiratory flow limitation. The close-ups will let us know.
