Proper mask type for S9 and Liberty mask? - GuitarManDave - 04-02-2013

I'm trying out a Liberty mask which is a hybrid - it has nose pillows as well as a piece that covers the mouth.

What should I set the mask type to in my S9 Autoset? Full face? Pillows?

Thanks!

I'd say full face mask.

Gah, hit post too soon.

My reasoning is that there's more room than with just pillows alone.

Hi GuitarManDave,
WELCOME! to the forum.!
If I'm not mistaken, the Liberty mask is considered a full-face mask, (FFM, ) So I think you would set your S9AutoSet to the full-face mask setting, but hang in there for other suggestions.
Best of luck to you.

Yep ... Mirage Liberty classified a full face mask as shown here:
