DELETING old Private Messages prior to Jan 1, 2019 [completed] - SuperSleeper - 09-28-2020
HEADS UP NOTICE:
To cut down on database space and server overhead, on Monday, October 12, 2020, I will be deleting ALL old Private Messages that were sent or received prior to January 1, 2019.
If you joined Apnea Board in 2019 or 2020, this will not affect your forum account.
If you would like to SAVE any of your own private messages that were sent or received by you before Jan 1, 2019, simply go to your Private Message area, open your PM Inbox or Sent Items box, open up any message(s) you'd like to save, and forward them to yourself as a new PM message. That forwarded message will then go into your Inbox and it will have a date-stamp of today, preventing it from being deleted in this cleanup effort.
This cleanup has no effect upon forum posts or threads, only private messages you've personally sent or received from others.

Also, if you'd like to help out and clear out some of your unneeded Private Messages (PMs) yourself (including ones that are more recent), you can see all your PMs by going to this link:
http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/private.php
Once there, you can select which one's you'd like to delete (put a check mark in the box to the right of the PM) then scroll down to the bottom of your list of PMs, and click on "DELETE Selected Messages".
Keep in mind, that may only work well on a desktop or laptop PC, since many mobile devices don't have enough screen space to see everything properly.
