Oxygen Concentrator Choices - mgwmgw - 10-03-2020 I use a combination of a CPAP with an oxygen concentrator. The result of a test says that without the oxygen concentrator, my blood oxygen goes low, but it does not stay low for very long. Because it does not stay low for long, the insurance no longer wants to pay rental for the oxygen concentrator. Since I still desaturate, I am thinking of buying a concentrator and paying for it myself.
