As mentioned, the ResMed is going to be the AirCurve 10 ASV. That's the same one I have. Some positives are easy setup and pretty easy to get used to the pressure delivery in my opinion. I did find it to give excellent apnea treatment therapy for both OA, CA, and H, with FL being minimal. It just does not like to treat Mixed Apnea and COPD at the same time which is what I have.
