Oscar or even Windows 10 cannot read sany data from the SD card. It's there however,

Here's the model number of the Auto CPAP machine:
https://goldpt.com/cpap_data.html

Here's the latest comment - received today, from the Phillips Resperonics Customer Service:

""Thank you for contacting us.

The software needed to view your data as a patient would be either the DreamMapper smartphone app, or web browser application. The data stored on the SD card is specifically for medical professional use, such as your prescribing physician or respiratory therapist at the Homecare Provider’s office your device was setup with.

As this is a medical device that requires a prescription in order to utilize, some of the data is intended only for medical professional use. As such, the software program to read the SD card is only available to licensed medical professionals. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. That said, you can utilize DreamMapper to monitor your sleep data and we would highly recommend looking into this. The DreamMapper application is also free on the respective app store for your mobile device.

When importing from Oscar, the message reads "Couldn't find any valid machine data".

You can view the folders using Windows, but you cannot copy them.
When trying to copy any of those folders you get a message which says:

"An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the folder. If you
continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help
with this priblem.

Error 0x80004005: Unspecified error"

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error - Garfield - 10-19-2020

What if you stick in a new, blank SD card, run the machine for a bit and let it generate some new data. See if you can get that to load into OSCAR?

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error - Crimson Nape - 10-19-2020

When viewing in Windows Explorer, you might right-click and see what parameters are set in the Properties ⇾ Security section.

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error - goldpt - 10-19-2020

Yes, I did that too - I had to make the card "Share the Data", but it seems Philips Resperonics has some special method disallowing the reading of the data.

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error - Crimson Nape - 10-19-2020

Are you able to clone the SD card?

RE: Dream Station SD Card data - copy error - goldpt - 10-19-2020

All is well now. Whew!  Got a NEW SD card, formatted it FAT32 and, interestingly, the machine automatically downloaded all 8 months of existing data onto the new card, which Oscar was then able to promptly import! Nice!
