Temperature Setting Missing - ResMed Air 10 - paulod57 - 10-17-2020

I used to have a temperature setting on my machine, but it disappeared one day.  I use a ClimateLine hose.
Any suggestions?

(1) You can remove the hose and check the settings.
(2) You can switch to clinician mode and see if the setting is on the clinician menu.
(3)  And, of course, you could always read the manual and locate the setting you are interested in.

Best of luck.

Before posting my question I looked at every menu option, the temperature setting is gone.

I don’t remember seeing a Clinician mode, but I will check again.

The options for the hose were Slimline and Standard, and it was on Slimline.  I changed the setting to Standard and cycled the power so it could reload the software, no change.

The machine will sense when the ClimateLine is connected and override the system's settings.  It sounds like you don't have a good electrical connection between the hose and your machine. The internal connection on the AS10 is a flimsy ribbon cable that can be disconnected if you twist the back contact connection too far.

Switch from the auto climate control to manual and you will again find both the humidifier setting and temperature settings are available.
