Thanks so much, everyone. I am predominantly a side sleeper. I think I will look into a buckwheat pillow.

I use and like a buckwheat hulls pillow too. Mine zips open on one end in order to add or remove the buckwheat hulls. The company also supplies a bag with an extra pound of the hulls in case you like a lot of fill.
