TAP 3 -- Mandibular Advancement Device - VisitorX - 11-05-2020

I use a mandibular advancement device (MAD) with my CPAP to reduce pressure requirements. I'm about to buy a new one. The TAP 3 caught my eye, because it seems to hold the mouth shut, which I've read has functional benefits --

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8542125/

-- and in my case may be doubly useful because I have a strong mouth leak with nasal CPAP, which perhaps might be helped. (I've tried many full-face masks and none work for me; all get knocked off due to my side-sleeping).

I'd be thankful to hear  --

1) People's experiences with / thoughts about the TAP 3.

2) An explanation for differences between TAP 3 and TAP 3 Elite or TAP 3 LT.

3) Any ideas for other MADs that hold the mouth shut

Thanks!
