remstar plus m series - greatunclebill - 03-05-2012
my old machine is a respironics remstar plus m series with c-flex model #200M. i got it in 2010.
the bottom of the machine says m series remstar bipap.
i know the difference between bipap and cpap. this is a cpap machine. it has one constant pressure with c-flex relief on inspiration.
is anybody familiar with this machine and know why it would say bipap? in the past did they call c-flex machines, bipaps for some reason?
also the data card. this has a big credit card size data card. it is called encore pro smartcard. does anybody know what would be on the card? i don't plan to buy a card reader to read it because i don't use it. just curious.
