Dreamstation dehumidifier - Toob - 12-20-2020

Was exploring the option of adding the dehumidifier to the Dreamstation machine, does anyone have any advice or experience upgrading please?

You want to add the Humidifier component? The best price I see online is from Supplier #18. Many times the CPAP machine is provided with the heated humidifier part DSXH, and you may be able to get it covered by insurance if your doctor will add it to your prescription for comfort. If not, it is only $150 to $190 separately. It attaches to your CPAP and is powered through that connection.

Thanks but I was more interested in how effective it was rather than supplier or price.

The humidifier is so effective that I'm unable to use a CPAP without it.

Without a humidifier, my mouth, nasal passage, and lungs feel like sandpaper in the desert. I can't sleep like that.

P.S. I live in an arid climate.

I use a humidifier on my dreamstation auto bipap every night.  I found a backup for $40 new on ebay, so if you need one it doesn't hurt to check ebay or craigslist.
