oscar for resmed airsense cpap - merf - 12-23-2020

can anyone tell me if and when the Oscar code will be written for the resmed airsense cpap model. (The other three models ain the airsense line ARE supported by Oscar)  The resmed wireless Myair gives a much simplified daily report and I miss the detailed info I got with my F & P Icon machine.

The Resmed 10 CPAP model is the very basic version and only provides summary data.  Basic models like this are referred to as, "Bricks".  You will need to move up in the series to obtain the detailed data needed for OSCAR. The following models are full data capable.
  • Airsense 10 Elite
  • Airsense 10 Autoset
  • Airsense 10 AutoSet for Her

That won't happen because the AirSense 10 CPAP model doesn't write detailed data to the SD card. So there's no data for OSCAR to do anything with. Blame ResMed for that problem.

Thanks for clarifying that..only question remains. why is there an SD card inserted in an SD slot in my machine....is there other software that is compatible with the CPAP model, or is the SD card only added to fill the hole in the side because they use the same case for other models?

It writes the summary data to the SD card for usage compliance verification.

Because there may still be a need to transfer the summary and compliance data with the SD Card.
