I have a Sandman Auto HC - I’ve forgotten the process to increase the air flow - do you have any information that can help me?

The information you seek would be in the Clinician manual.
Order your clinicians manual here:

Go to Section Three.
Then scroll down to find your machine listing.
Note the exact name of your machine and follow the directions to order the manual via email.
