Just received my new Resmed machine. Is there any problem with using the sd card from my Respironics Dreamstation in it and would I need to reformat it or leave all my respironics data on it?

I recommend you copy all files and folders to a backup on your computer, then delete the card. When you insert it into the Vauto, it will give you a message that the card is ready.

I remember on my old Resmed S9 I had to lock the card. Do I need to lock the card on the VAuto every time I download data to Oscar?

Only the S9 requires locking the card.
