Airsense VS Aircurve, lower min EPAP? - xdestry - 01-26-2021

Hi guys, so I currently have an aircurve 10 as well as an airsense 10 and am switching between the two to see what I am more comfortable with.

On my airsense my min pressure is 6.0 with EPR at 3 making my effective EPAP 3.0 correct?

On the aircurve on vauto mode it seems like it won't let me lower my min epap under 4.0, so if I wanted to keep my min pressure at 6.0 I would only be able to keep PS at a max of 2.0.

Am I thinking about this correctly?  The reason I want to try a higher EPR is because sometimes my nose gets pretty clogged at night and without the EPR it gets really difficult to exhale and I just rip the mask off.

Both machines have a minimum pressure of 4.0 cm. On your Autoset, your minimum pressure of 6.0 with EPR 3 results in a pressure of 6.0/4.0 (IPAP/EPAP), and the full EPR of 3 is not realized until pressure reaches 7.0 or more. With EPR 3, we recommend a minimum pressure or 7.0. Similarly, you can set the Vauto to a minimum EPAP of 4.0 with PS 3.0 to get the same results.
