Does anyone have Autumn allergies?? My sleep is now improving... - CentralApneaUser909 - 02-07-2021

I'm not sure what is going on here...

So I have UARS and my main symptom has been that I wake up to pee multiple times. I have ruled out all other causes for this through testing. Now usually I'd sleep and after 10 hours with multiple wake ups, my eyes wouldn't be that tired.

If for whatever reason, I got a few hours less sleep, my eyes would be tired. Well around late September when Autumn started, I would wake up with more tired eyes. No matter how much I slept, my eyes would feel "heavy".

Well these last few days, my eyes feel way less tired. It feels like what it did pre late September (which is only slightly tired).

I'm also far less congested now. My theory is that I had some allergies which caused me to be more nasally congested, which resulted in more tired eyes due to less refreshing sleep.

What I'm curious about is, if it was an allergy, why would it only be going away now? Winter started in late December, and it's only now just going. My question is, does anyone else have some sort of Autumn allergies which go away towards the end of Winter?

And I was on APAP for 1 week, helped a little but didn't affect eyes. Last few days I've been without PAP, currently waiting for my BiPAP to arrive.

Allergies are allergies.  It depends on when the Allergen is around.  Commonly everyone thinks of spring as allergy season.  Fall is a bad time as well.  Usually winter is the best because most everything is dormant.
