Threw Away the Collar - fleetwoodPC - 02-12-2021

Hi, I just bought a new ClimateLine (heated tube) for a Resmed S9 and threw away the old one, with the collar, the connector between the hose and mask.
I didn't realize that as I then found I also needed the humidifier so the need to recover the collar didn't arrise.
Now that the S9 works I'm using painters tape to make the seal ... and it's ok for now but a pain to change every night.
If someone would send/sell me a collar (postage for 19026) that would be much appreciated.
The store wants me to buy a new hose.
I have paypal and venmo.
Thank you,

Randy Zeitman

p.s., I just read about the S10 and more controls. How much could I sell my S9 for?

I'm not sure how much it's worth but you cannot sell PAP machines here.

If I am understanding correctly, you replaced your S9 tube and the connection between the tube and your mask. Now the new tube does not fit your mask. The connector tube usually incorporates the mask vent that ensures you do not re-breathe exhaled air. You either need a replacement mask or connector to safely use your machine. Taping that connection is not safe as exhaled air cannot be vented. Just buy a new mask. We don't know what make or model of mask you have, and the connector is specific to that mask.

As Dave said, you cannot sell any prescription equipment on this forum.

I need a replacement connector.
I threw the old one away with the hose.
I won't sell the machine here. I asked only what it was worth.

One of these.
