Humidifier on + heated tubing on PR System One 60 Series REMstar Auto - fkimura - 04-23-2013

Hello, folks.
I have a dry nose & mouth problem using the PR with the "SYSTEM ONE humidification" on and a rained mask with this off.
It seems I can not turn on the heated tubing and turn off the SYSTEM ONE humidification, using the "classic" basic temperature control.
Does any one know if I am doing anything wrong or if this is the way the heated tubing works? Does it only works with the "SYSTEM ONE humidification"?

Setting the "Humidity Level" of the "SYSTEM ONE humidification" to 3 is not working... Sad

Any ideas? Is my machine with defect? Thanks for the attention!

Don,t know about your machine but dry nose indicate not enough humidity and dry mouth sign of mouth breathing
As you,re using nasal mask .. chinstrap can help keeping mouth closed and minimize mouth breathing

Heated hose designed to protects against rainout
