Resmed Autoset 10 - vinsuja - 02-20-2021
I am importing from Supplier #10 (Link removed) ResMed Auto set Air sense 10 into Bahrain. On arrival the customs in Bahrain wanted the following documents:
1- Quality Assurance Certificate (QAC)
2- Quality Management System (QMS)
3- Technical details (for active medical devices)
4- Authorization letter from the Manufacturer
I have provided them with the ResMed Autoset Manual, but unable to get hold of the QAC, QMS and technical detail documents. Will any of our members be having these documents? Would appreciate receiving them.
