ResScan 5.9 - N6JSX - 02-20-2021
I installed ResScan 5.9 in Win10 64 (latest updates). I can get no further then - can;t even get to a config screen:

Any hints on what I did wrong?

Create a new user and try installing it the new account.

Just to clarify with a bit more info, create a new Windows user account and install ResScan under that new account.
Let us know if that works for you.
