Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset and Oscar installation - rocdude - 02-25-2021

Hi
I will be downloading the Oscar this evening. I have a Resmed Airsense10 autoset machine. I think it is compatible with the Oscar. Once I download the Oscar and install the software in my PC, how does it get the data from my Resmed 10? Is it via bluetooth? How do I link my Resmed to the Oscar software?

Thanks for your help.

Please review the links in my signature for further information.  Your CPAP has a provision for an SD card, upper left side as you face the machine.  Some CPAPs were supplied with an SD card, others weren't.  If you are one of the unlucky ones, any SD card from 2 to 32 GB in size will work.  If you don't have one lying around, they are readily available from pharmacies, big box stores, and online.   You don't need to pay for a manufacturer's labeled card.

In order to record the detailed sleep data, the SD card has to be in the CPAP when you use it to sleep.  After completing a day's sleep session, you will remove the SD card from the CPAP an insert it into your SD card reader attached to your computer.   In OSCAR, you will create a user profile and then import the SD card's sleep data into OSCAR for analysis.   Just remember to put the card back into your CPAP before the next sleep session. No Bluetooth!
