AHI: Dreamstation vs OSCAR - Madqdog - 04-18-2021
I am a 5+ years' user of CPAP and had a very high baseline AHI of 124. I have always used a Dreamstation Auto with excellent results consistently; rarely do I have an AHI >2.5 as measured by the machine. Since installing OSCAR, however, I consistently find that my AHI is much lower than that reflected by the Dreamstation. Clearly, I am pleased by this finding but curious as to why the AHI on Oscar is frequently so much lower than that reflected by my machine.
