Apnea’s under control: still use machine? - Glen e - 04-20-2021

I realize this is going to be a weird post but I’ll ask the question anyway. A year ago I had a sleep test done and came up with 28 apnea’s/hr,  so I went on a CPAP machine. During the pandemic I focused on getting myself back in shape and I lost approximately 60 pounds,  going from 290 down to 230. My recent sleep test done shows less than one Apnea per hour now, the situation is controlled and actually corrected.

Should I continue to use my airsense 10? I think I still will, because I really like the way it humidifies my nose,  during the day I have much less nasal dryness and much less congestion. Are there any reasons NOT to use it if you don’t have OSA?

post a copy of the sleep test, redacted of course. Let's see if anything else was going on.
Also post a recent night's OSCAR charts

Congrats on the weight loss by the way.
