Then we’ll head to the NYC section …it’ll be just like NYC …NUTS
Actually we spend a lot of time in the real NYC during the year for our daughter who’s an actress auditioning or performing
We love it!

Good morning! Coffee

Grand Canyon today.

EPR moved down to 2.

CA's a little less and not as clustered this time.

With the Philips it was rare to have any CA's. I'm sure it is the new machine and the use of EPR with the added pressure.
So far no aerophagia! I'm happy about that, even the the lowered EPR last night.

HYPOPS surfaced this time?

Any feedback?

If I've not explained it before here ya go.

You're in that mixed Apnea status, some Obstructive and some Central. These reside on opposite sides of an Apnea teeter-totter. Go ahead and visualize the teeter-totter, one side is pushed down, the other WILL go up.

If you act against Central events by pushing them down, the Obstructive go up. And vice versa, because Obstructive combat actions oppose Centrals control, and again vice versa. It's somewhat difficult to categorize your Hypopnea, as we've found in AB forum that Hypopnea can be either Obstructive or Central based. To type your Hypopnea, we'd need to note what they're responding like, Obstructive events diminish with increased pressure, Centrals diminish by somewhat lower steady pressure, in most that is except me.

Thanks Dave

I’m sure it’s gonna be a roller coaster for a while. Especially now that I’m in a time zone 2 hours off and I’m staying up later.
I was kind of a hot house orchid at home and  my numbers were steady. Also going from Philips to Res Med just this past week has made it even more disruptive. I’ll continue with these settings so my body can adjust and post my charts and see what they do from day to day.

IMO I think eventually you'll get this settled and have a decent trend. Better chance of doing so armed with a ResMed.

I’ll second that Dave …So glad I have a ResMed. I thought I was going to have to I wait 5 years for one …well this one was decided for me. Lost money but gained a much better system in return.

This is what I was thinking.   I'm not one to make a lot of changes right now with being on vacation, different time zone, etc.

Stay the course, enjoy yourself!   Sleep-well

Thank you Opal Rose !
I was wondering where you went off too !  Eat-popcorn

Good afternoon!  Coffee

Well, I'm posting late because I went horse back riding this morning in the mountains with my daughter. BEAUTIFUL SCENERY

My chip was left in the laptop so no Oscar, BUT improved numbers using the MYAIR app at 1.8!!  That's a record for me so far on the Res Med!

I still had my settings the same as Opal recommended. EPR 2, same min/max pressure setting as well. Feel very rested!

Tomorrow morning I'll post, this time with the memory card in the machine lol Hammer

Blessings

Hey, no problem.  You're certainly not the only person who has left their card out, including myself!   Oh-jeez

Sounds like you are really enjoying yourself.

Sleep-well
