Thanks Dave! I won't post everyday, but I'd like to keep somewhat of a steady log of my progress in case we run into trouble.
I appreciate everything so much. I guess since the thread is specific to my therapy, there will be those that read it and those that don't. I appreciated it when Opal made my own personal thread so I wouldn't be clogging up the forum with my cpap soap operas

What you'll likely find soon enough, when you see how things appear in trends, a few things occur, you'll just know by feel everything is OK or something is feeling off. Then you'll be cruising along, won't need to look at OSCAR as much. Then too you'll be able to diagnose you own issue.
Anyway that's what happened to me. I'm fair at the Obstructive stuff, but CA had been my focus because that's my priority Apnea need for therapy. I could tell what my Apnea charts were going to be before I saw OSCAR. Mostly I was close just by the way things felt, when things were right or something was off.

Another thing that will happen in time, is that you will have trained yourself not to tuck your chin.
You're already aware when your rolling on your back... you may even be able to ditch a pillow or two

You're can also start a new thread if you have other questions, or a different subject. Sometimes, when a thread gets too long, folk won't take the time to read it all and therefore don't know your history.
Anyway, you are really doing good.

We'll see how long this lasts... All the planets had to be in alignment and the apneas must have been having a drink somewhere...
CA and OA decided to call HYOP and the 3 of them crashed RERA's place, and then the 4 of them decided to call Large Leak to meet in an Unclassified location while Rice95 had the best night of his life on earth.
