question on Oscar graphed data - cejay - 04-30-2021

I hope this hasn't been answered before.. new user to Oscar, long time Sleepyhead user.

I have data from 2018 to today, per Sleepyhead and now Oscar, but if i go past 4/1/2021 into march or any other prev day, it says data/summary only, no graph..

Is this by design? Have I screwed something up?

chris

If the SD card was not in the machine, or was not properly inserted, then you will not get detailed data for those days - only summary data. Could that be the case here?

The S9 retains summary data for a year. Detailed data is stored for only 30 days.

I believe the high rate pressure and flow data may only be retained on disk for 7 days, at least in older Series 9 models.

I'm not sure where I saw that.

It is likely to be the same for the S10, but I remember something about the 7-days being extended to 30 days, or the reference to 7 days was dropped altogether.

Here is a blurb from the S9 FAQ's
Resmed Wrote:This varies depending on the size of the card. A 1GB SD card easily stores 365 days of usage data, 30 days of detailed data, and seven days of high-resolution data.
