Can some tell me the difference between the DSX400H11C vs EUX500S15
I find no differences ?!?
Is their a way to readout the total usages in hours?

According to fda.report:
DreamStation DSX400H11C : DreamStation CPAP Pro with Humidifier and Cellular, Domestic
(presumably US or North American)
DreamStation EUX500S15 : DreamStation Auto CPAP, EU
(presumably European Union)
The H indicates 'with humidifier and SD card'
The S indicates 'with SD card'
The CPAP Pro is a fixed pressure device with a time limited titration capability
The Auto CPAP is and automatically adjusting device -(generally a better choice!)
I thought we had a list of model numbers, but I can't find it; hence the google search

I used to have a dreamstation about 1 year ago so I don't remember the exact way but hold down the round button and the ramp at the same time - hold until the clinician's menu comes up. I think if you go all the way down on the menu you will see hours. press that it should give you the total hours the machine has run.\
Just my 2 cents (probably not worth that much) but if you are getting a new machine, I would totally recommend a Resmed autoset. I had a dreamstation for 5+ years and no one - on this board, Dr., specialist, could get my AHI down. One week and a couple of suggestions on this board and I am less than 1...
I purchased mine slightly used from Supplier #2. Great machine, Great Company, Great price. Mine only had a months use and my son bought his from the same company and had less than a week.

Is it possible to swap the firmware to other countries?
As you write the DSX400 hat no automatic adjustment. Is this possible to change?

I have read people “hack” the machine but I sure would not try. My machine has made a huge difference in how I feel. There is no download available.
