I have learned alot about sleep apnea, well mostly learned alot about my apnea. I have been on a streak of my AHI level being below 1.0 , Low as I've had it is 0.2 so far. Of course the, The real difference is how I feel throughout the the day. I usually feel pretty good, aslong I as I can get as close to 8 hours a night as possible.
All do to the info I have learned off here. So I give thanks to all who posted to my questions I had.

BarryB, well done, it's a very long journey and your just at the start but it is a good journey, if you want it to be.
You may still have some bad nights but as long as the good out weigh the bad that's all you can ask for, keep at it.
