Nothings changed. I was doing so well and now im waking up feel like the living death dog crap again =/ I am so frustrated. Here are some older oscar reports and some new ones...what is going on please help me sleep doc is nowhere to be found =/

It appears frequent large leaks and some flow limits are part of the issue. I think especially large leaks will derail the therapy.
It may help to just add OSCAR shots via F12 and use Add Attachment at the bottom of the post. It appears some detail of the chart is missing when I tried to zoom in to see it.

Your pressure is driven up by flow limits which can be a problem if your primary events (both apnea and hypopnea) are not obstructive. In fact as there are also pressure spikes in your charts that cannot be explained by either flow limits, apneae or hypopneae (for instance the pressure spike at 5:15-5:15 of the 6/1 chart) I suspect your AS10 is not reacting properly. I would suggest you run in CPAP mode (fixed pressure) starting at 7 or 8 for a few days and gradually increase pressure until you reach a sweet spot. This should also improve/resolve your leaks which are driven by pressure spikes.

i dont understand any of these, least of all why is this happening now all of a sudden when it was wroking before? can someone lease help kme im feeling like hell in the monrings and going insane

why are trhese leaks happening all o f a sudden they never happened before

Have you replaced the cushion recently? Or alternately; is it worn out? Is the cushion misaligned? Some of the questions that comes to mind.

i replaced the cushion before last night as i thought that might be the issue, but it doesnt seemed to have stopped these frekaing massive leaks that have ppanrearred all of a sudden whats gfoing on man

heres my latest, this time no leaks and yet i still feel terrible this morning! Why is everything that was going well turning to crap now =/ why is thishappening why am i tired and jut want to fall back asleep!?!?! i thought thi was supposed to fix these issues

The leaks you are showing in the latest are mostly Mask leaks, it will take some time to look at the others.

Your large leaks, while a mix of both mask leaks and mouth breathing they are mostly mouth breathing, the minor leaks look like mask leaks.
Did you just undergo a weather change that mad you more congested?
