OSCAR stopped importing graph data on change from S9 to Airsense 10 machine - pjfollyfarm - 07-29-2021

I recently changed machines from a Resmed S9 to an Airsense 10 Auto.  When I imported data using the SD card from the new machine into OSCAR on my PC, I notice that only the most basic information appears in OSCAR.  None of the detailed graph material that was visible for the S9 machine is now visible.  At the bottom of the (now) blank central section of the screen is a message saying "There is no data to graph" and below that "Summary only Sad".

Any ideas what might be happening or what may have gone wrong?

Happy days

I am a new user to Oscar so am guessing:
On the Oscar Screen under the "Statistics tab" does it show "Changes to Machine Settings"  ie does it show your new machine?
On the Daily Tab under Details Tab there is a Session Information Section.  Does the session date and time agree with data you imported.

A common cause of that problem is that you did not leave the SD card in the machine overnight. ResMed machines write detail data to the card only if the card is in the machine. If you insert the card later, the machine has remembered only the summary data and that is all it can put on the card if it was not in the machine when the detail data was generated.
